Our Story

Founded by two community leaders with lived experience in housing, refugee resettlement, and supporting vulnerable individuals, Red Sea Housing Services was built on a simple belief: everyone deserves a safe place to call home.

After witnessing first-hand the challenges people faced finding quality accommodation and the gaps that existed within the housing sector, we knew there had to be a better way. What began with supported accommodation soon grew into property management and renovation, allowing us to create complete, end-to-end housing solutions that put people, quality, and long-term impact first.

How We Work

We believe good housing is about people, not just property. Our model combines ethical property management with tailored personal support and strong community partnerships.

Referral and Induction

Residents are referred by local authorities, voluntary agencies, or community organisations. Before moving in, every applicant completes a risk and needs assessment to ensure the right placement and balance within each household.
